About Us

From harvest to product shipment, we ensure product quality. Our automated fish graders guarantee the accuracy of size grading prior to being quick frozen and packaged, and our fish are graded, flash-frozen and packaged to meet the highest established standards..

All of our factories are maintained to meet or exceed standards required by the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA), Center for Food Safety's Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Program (HACCP), and United States Department of Commerce Seafood Inspection Program (USDC). In addition, all United States Seafoods products and packaging meet or exceed export standards for the European Union. Our vessels produce fish that are processed in two different ways:

Quick Frozen H & G
Packing: Products are frozen at a temperature of -20°C and packed as 17kg to 20kg blocks.
Labeling: As per export requirements.
Storage and transportation: Products are stored and shipped in cold store/reefer containers maintained at a temperature of -26°C.
Markets: Europe, United States, Asia.

Quick Frozen Round
Packing: Products are frozen at a temperature of -20°C and packed as 17kg to 20kg blocks.
